Cooking Instructions
Cold Boudin
· If frozen, defrost · Heat water to a boil · Put boudin in water
· Let cook in boiling water for approx. 5 min until boudin starts to float up
Turkey Roll
· Bake in oven @ 350 degrees for 2 ½ hours in 2 cups of water
Fresh Beans
· Add 4 cups of water and the entries bean package into a pot and cook on stove for 90 min
· Check for tenderness of beans
Sausage and Hot Links (Steaming)
· Take a pot, fill w/ water to the 1st line of index finger (pointing downwards)
· Turn fire on w/ a lid on the pot · Let cook for 5-6 mins · Turn off pot and enjoy
· Or you can grill it to your liking
Hog Cracklins
· Preheat oven to 350 degrees
· Place cracklins in baking sheet and spread them out
· Warm in oven for about 5 mins · Take out oven and eat. C’est Bon!!!
